i have a huge zit on my fore head its 2 inchs in diameter should i cut it off myself or have someone help me?

I doubt its a zit.... looks like and infeted sebaceous cyst. meet a dermatologist.
Dont try to break it/ pop it. try hot formentation and topical antibiotic cream.
