No, its just cleanser. I mean, obviously you shouldn't use it on a baby or toddler.It might be a little strong for your skin to bear if you're too young. I remember when I first used the Deep Action Cream Cleanser, it burned so bad, and I was 12. But I don't think there's really a best age to use it. No not I know of. But you should contact the maker.
too much of anything can harm a person. how old u r? do u eat a lot of junk food? sometimes just changing ur eating habits can clear up ur skin and drink more water to flush out ur system.
I've used it for 20 something years and have had no problems. I even use it to moisturize my 2yr old after bathing. It seems to help his eczema when used immediately after bath.
