I suffer chronic pain (fibromyalgia and spinal stenosis) Does any one know alternativfe methods to deal with t

Question:
Pain killers are not working some of the time and I don't like being on them.

Answers:
Please try going to a doctor specializing in pain management. You should be able to get a referral from your physician. Or, there should be a pain management section in the yellow pages of your phone book. Just be sure that the person you go to is a medical doctor. My father-in-law went to a pain management doctor who was able to solve his chronic pain without further medication.

Other Answers:
Acupuncture is a very effective treatment, if you can afford it. Treatments generally run about $20 per, and once or twice a week is usually advised until the pain is under control.

I use Arnica as needed for flareups. Check out the link below for more information on it and how to purchase it. I also take 800 mg. of Aleve and a 1000 mg. flaxseed oil capsule every night at bedtime--without those I am in so much pain I can barely walk. But thankfully they are over-the-counter and have far fewer side effects (if any) and can be taken long-term.

Last year, I was introduced to an AMAZING all natural wellness system by a very close friend of mine. I am 43 years old, and I have been taking blood pressure meds for 6 years. Since I have been using the product, I am becoming healthier every day! I no longer need to take blood pressure medication, and my 18 year stretch of chronic low back and hip pain is completely gone thanks to this amazing product.
