I took my friend to the doctor and her blood pressure was about the same as yours and her dr. took me to drive her to the emergency room. My advice is to call your doctor right away or go to the ER, my guess they will have you stay overnight until they get your pressure down. I surprised that you're not having bad headaches etc.

That is high. You will need to be on blood pressure medications if it stays that way. If you are already on blood pressure meds, its time to go have them adjusted.
It can be dangerous if you let it go on too long.
Are you a dialysis pt. Sometimes they run really high blood pressures consistently.
I am a hospital nurse and you could have so many issues right now. If I were your nurse, I would call the MD and get you some lasix and some blood pressure meds ASAP.
