First off, don't be like that guy on here that sleeps with a girl and dumps her. I hope is thingy falls off. Don't do drugs at all. Use protection. If people are careful and not so stupid it would not be such an epidemic.
We can't unless we start setting up governments in the countries that AIDS is running rampant AND also make laws that MAKE people get checked. Also, it would have to be illegal to have sex without a permit. HIV is a terrible disease, but it's human nature's fault that it is out of control. It WILL kill 50% of the world's population, 80% of Africa's.
Well, i heard that the only thing that can actually kill the HIV virus is bleach, but running that into someones blood stream will also kill every other cell in your body. Honestly, if those with HIV were a little more considerate, the virus would disappear. If only those that were HIV+ would take a vow of chastity or something.and druggies would just stop getting high. Wishful thinking right?
