What is Klatskin Tumour and what should be done to get over it?

Question: My father has Klatskin Tumour and I'd like to know what does it mean. The doctors told him that he has at least 1 year time in front of him and I want to use any chance to save him from this disease. There's no way to rescue him in my country (Turkey) but if we can do it in abroad I really want to know.
