The BEST would be getting them injected with a steroid called Triamcinolone Acetonide.
The intra -lesional injection causes them to shrink and becone level with the surrounding skin and eventually disappear.Cure rates about 90%.
No doctor worth his salt would cut into a keloid -a cut is what caused the keloid in the first place!
