How can I be treated if I don't know my history?

Question:
Recently, I have broken out from something but I'm unsure of what it is. I thought it was bed bugs because, foolishly, I was sleeping without sheets for 2 weeks. I have little bumps and itchy, red welts that emerge constantly on my face and body. Now, my mother and sister think I'm allergic to something, but I haven't changed my routine in the past week (when the problems began to occur). I don't know what to tell my doctor, I can't think of ANYTHING that's changed! Can they find out what's wrong with me?

Answers:
consult a GP and get him to run you some tests.blood, skin, everything.you may have always had your condition but only started to manifest recently.

Other Answers:
yes, they can do a skin prick test to see what you're allergic to. I'm not sure of your age, but we also think of acne. it's hard to say without seeing what it looks like.

since you're on vacation, maybe sun allergy.

Have you checked your mattress for bed bugs? I found this site that may help you determine if you might have them:
