please help!!cervical cancer runs in my family and i have a screwed up doctor?

Question: I've never had a regular menstral cycle and i've had pains in my abdomin for about 10years,the doctor told me to ignore it.In the past 3 years i've had cycts removed and then they said they found either precancerous or cancerous cells on my cervix.when they went and cut out part of my cervix the doctor said he saw more cells going up my birth canal.I asked him what i should do about it and he said just ignore it,and about the pain? he told me i was just addicted to the 12 vicodin he'd given me from the last surgery and that i wasn't hurting i was just going thru withdraw, even though i've had the pains in my abdomin for about 10years.Can anyone tell me anything to help me out???
