As long as he's not having any trouble breathing he's ok... you'd know if he was having trouble. Most docs would say just let it pass as long as it isn't stuck in his esophagus. Have him drink a couple glasses of water and tell him to watch for it in the toilet when he poops... that's about all you can do... kids swallow crazy stuff all the time!
