Upset stomach!?

Question:
I'm not feeling really good right now because I ate fried ice cream and I don't know if I should eat it ever again! Anyways are there any alternatives to relieving an upset stomach? I've already taken a Pepcid AC tablet but I need something more. Is eating mints effective?

Answers:
Do not eat mints...it will only make it worse.

Try Maalox, Pepto Bismol, Mylanta...any of those should help.
umm im from the us soo iv never heard of fried icecream? but take a tums!
Try eating a slice of bread plain and dry. Mints might help. Or crackers. Eat something that will help soak up all those lovely juices floating around in there. It should help you feel better.

Good luck!
;)
Pepper mint is effective for upset stomachs, mints or ginger are good. But you should get a check up if you are getting a lot of upset stomachs
go to www.ehow.com and search under upset stomach. go to www.medicinenet.com, www.upset-stomach.com,
You may or may not have canned peaches or pears in your home- canned peaches or pears in regular or heavy syrup (not the peaches just the syrup and not light syrup) about 3 tsp of the syrup will help ease if not take away nausea, heartburn and even indigestion.
Peppermint can make indigestion worse as it may relax the esophageal sphincter and allow stomach acids to enter the esophagus. When I am nauseated (a nurse taught me this) I drink very hot, very sweet tea. But as the fried ice cream was sweet, you may not want to ingest any more sweets. But it has always worked for me.
Can hardly comprehend what fried ice cream is like.but to settle a stomach, fennel seed dropped into really hot water, left for a little, then sipped down, is known to be a help...great IF you have fennel seeds! If you have diarrhoea (?spelling) then nothing is better than 'loperamide'...wish I could send you some!
