Answers:
they go in from the inside...they put u to sleep and no you don't swallow during surgery
they do it from the inside i had mine taken out when i was 7
they put a suchtion staw in you throught that sucks up all the blood and saliva yuo cant eat red thing after your surgery cause if you throw up they cant tell if there is blood in it or not
they cut them out through your throat. No, you don't swallow during the surgery, but you do have a chance of throwing up blood afterwards. It's not that bad...
They remove the tonsils by going through your mouth, so you won't have any visual scar. There is one method of removing tonsils where the patient is awake and just has a local anesthetic, but this is very expensive and is rarely done, so you'll most likely be put to sleep. You won't be able to swallow during surgery, but the doctors won't let you choke, either; if there's liquid forming at the back of your throat, there are ways of getting rid of it (think like the straw thing that sucks up spit at the dentist's office). I'm sorry I can't be of more help, as I never had my tonsils removed...
