Do I enjoy to stay home if I own Mono? How contagious am I?

I too work surrounded by the health prudence field....since 1989 as a paramedic. I enjoy had mono TWICE...full blown, not freshly a flair up. 2 years apart no less. I be working VERY active both times when I have it, and WHILE I had it, and at first be SHOCKED by the blood work, as I was still actively working 85 hours a week....no, not lounging around a station waiting for a beckon, but, working, lifting, treating patients.
Each time, I cut back on what I be doing, and moved to car work---where I merely went out to draw together up with an ambulance, so I wasn't lifting stretchers (risk of rupturing my spleen), and so I could rest more, and so I wasn't have a partner next to me adjectives day....mono IS extremely contageous even just within the moisture in nouns droplets. That is actually where on earth I got the first crust of it....second case....still unknown. (gave someone a breathing treatment----asthma nebulizer....and wound up near them turning towards me with it, and I get a faceful of it when I turned back around within a crowded ambulance.)
Further note, yes, you can obtain mono MORE than once, and on top of it, you CARRY mono, and are contageous for up to 6 months or more....directly, and indirectly, as economically as it can FLAIR back up when you are stressed (either physically, or non-physically---working too much, sleeping too little, poor diet, ect).
Antibiotics do NOT work to treat or trim down the severity or duration of this, unless you have strep WITH mono. Not every one find strep with mono, and not everyone get the typical sore throat....some just win the gland pains.

If you actually enjoy the energy to seize up and go anywhere you don't own mono.
