Places that are set to join the EU. Turkey is good but you've missed out big time, prices have risen so much in the last 5 or so years.

When trading in eastern europe BE CAIRFUL and employ UK lawyers as there are very.. strange laws, such as if you buy the land and property it can still belong to who you purchased it from, What i am saying is very vague but be warned and do your reasearch.
I think Eastern Europe at the moment...very beautiful and coming up all the time in every way.
I heard Spain and France.
