How long have you had the acne? Our skin is changing all of the time. It depends on external factors. There are many things that determine the condition of our skin, hormones, stress, diet, workplace environment, etc. It also depends on family history, has anyone else in your family had acne at this age? It could also be Rosacea, which sometimes developes over time with sensitive skin.
If the acne flares are with papules and pustules (whiteheads) then you need to cleanse your face with a foaming product to clean out the pores and moisturize with a gel cleanser. If you also have sensitive skin, you need to be careful of the type of product that you use because some of the acne products are very aggressive.
The best bet would be to get a facial and have an aesthetician recommend something specific to your skin type, or see a dermatologist and see what he recommends. The facial would feel better...LOL
Im 14 and have a small case, I heard putting toothpaste on your face at night, leaving it on until you wake up in the morning then washing it off with water helps.
I did try it, it makes your face dry instead of greasy, so that no dirt will stick to the face so this helps, but you also need to clean after.
Unfortunately im lazy so I stopped doing it, im going to start again now though but in my opinion this will work if:
You do it every night
Shower/Bath (Recommend shower) Every day
Keep clean Some how
Don't eat, to many fatty foods, I eat pizza to much for one thing, remember pizza is greasy, what ever you eat will reflect your skin
Just do those few things for maybe, a few months? Im not sure, if you did it for a month or two and saw no improvement then you'd know it isn't helping.
But really, all remedies take time, at least a month for a chance to happen.
Try Toothpaste it really works apply it to your infected area twice a day for about a few days and it drys your acne.
