hi, don't worry till you get a check up ! Im going through treatments for breast cancer at the moment, for a year on and off i was getting soreness under my arm towards my boob, thinking it was wearing my bra too tight, and then i found a lump. Check your breasts for lumps reguarly, thats how you'll get it early if you ever get it, but im sure you don't. You can sometimes have sore glands under there maybe from a cold recently? Don't worry , you'll be right, just see the doc when you can!

be sure that it is your lymph node, because I often get small lumps under my arm that are blocked sweat glands - very very sore, the whole area feels bruised and i definitely wouldn't be able to swim while i have one. i often get them when it is hot. this could be totally unrelated to your preg symptoms so don't worry hun. if this doesn't sound like you then i'd advise you to go to the doc just to reassure you that everything's fine!
in re. to your added notes, it may be a combination of both - a blocked sweat gland and straining your muscles whilst swimming.
I would say definaltly go to the doctor and cheek with him! Tell him you are scared! That you think you may have breast cancer! GL Sorry!
i dont think its from breast cancer..maybe its bc of swimming or sumthin....cause u should only swim like twice a week..if its really serious then u should ask ur doctor so he should check up on it and stuff....
