Answers:
Why don't you try seeing a dermatologist?

Acne is a super complex problem with a million and one answers!

hows your diet?
hows your stress?
all those things have something to do with it...a dermatologist might reccomend accutane or renova if it's really bad.

But they are gonna be the best person to help you?
gt proactive!
proactive is AWESOME!!
it works for me, and every one else i know!
search google for it and try some!
i think it could really help you
Ive heard good things about Proactive as well, but when all else fails, go see a dermatologist.

S/he can determine if you need a topical creme only, or maybe some light antibiotics that can easily clear your skin up. Simple meds liek a minocycline or Doxycycline can do wonders for most people.
You should try ProActiv! You can order it online. You should try the 30 day trail and see if it works for you! I think it's like $20, and if for some reason it doesn't work you can get your money back!
Good Luck!
You can consider taking proactive, But if you want natural remedies I'd say start taking zinc vitamins. Zinc has been known to help people who suffer from acne. The supplementation usually must take place for at least 12 weeks in order to achieve good results, and the dosage should be 30 to 45 milligrams daily (5).
okay get these products.

Do this ever moringing and night:
first use #1, massaging it in your skin for three minutes
(once a week use a washcloth wtih the cleanser)
second use number 2. apply after cleansing face and apply with a cotton pad or ball
third use number 3. squirt a little bit onto your fingers and massage all over face, especially in trouble areas.
fourth, if you have any pimples dab this on them at night and keep on apply until you go to sleep, (applying a fresh coat before bed)

hope i was some help
I'm not gonna suggest Proactive cuz who has time to order the stuff and wait when your skin is breaking out...try Acne Free(really cheap) or Clean and Clear(cheap too)Acne Spot treatment...
Hi,

I suggest you to stay away from proactive since it contains Benzoyl Peroxide, which is a strong substance known to cause rashes, skin irritation and crusting.

Have you ever tried clearpore? if no then I would strongly recommend it. I got extremely positive results within weeks of using it. -> http://tinyurl.com/33azgx

I'm not saying I love it only because it worked for me. I do because it has worked for each and every person I've recommended it with excellent results. It tackles the acne problem from so many different angles that I bet it works for anybody. I'm even keen to think I'm not the only fan out there.

You can read independent review of clearpores here:

Ask your dermatologist for good prescriptions. Acne medications have different results depending on the person using it, so best to consult your doctor first to understand your skin reactions better.
