i got them too...the best way to get rid of them is to go to the beach because the water is salty and it will help and lots of sunbathing

ive got them, but i dont think you can get rid of them i think you get them for injections or some other bodily thing
It's probably cherry angioma. Does it look like this?

If so, then they're just cosmetic and if you want them removed you'll have to pay for laser removal or whatever yourself.
it's just skin discoloration. I had them forever until I started wearing tank tops and got a little tan. they're harmless.
I don't really think you can just get rid of them though. I guess a lot lot lot of people have that, it's just the way the skin is. Nothing to be embarrassed about.
try Jergen's natural glow. it's like a self tanner. my mom uses it and it works. you could try it all over your arms (not just the upper arm because then it will be noticeable).
you could even rub a bit of water-proof foundation in it. I recommend the self-tanner though. It won't make you really tan and it isn't noticeable, but I think it would cover the redness.
good luck
At first I thought you were speaking of petechiae (broken blood vessels) but I thought further and here is what I believe you are referring too.
I have them also as do others that I know.
I have had them since I was in my early 20's
They do not go away.

They are harmless red or violet overgrowths of blood vessels in the skin known as Campbell de Morgan spots. Medically, they are classified as angiomas. The cause is unknown, but they are known to appear as a person gets older.

Since they are harmless, no treatment is required.

If you are worried then see your doctor for verification.
