Question:
Many people continue to engage in some degree of risky behavior, and choose to be tested for HIV periodically. is it a good idea to take anti-retroviral before doing risky behavior? what is the name of the drug? how to use? what is the side effect?

Answers:
why not just pratice SAFE SEX???
there are worse things than HIV out there. There are sickness that destroy the mind that science is desperately racing against time to figure out what they are, how to prevent it and how to treat it. Stay home safe and keep your children safe.
You wont get your hands on the antiretroviral that is used to treat HIV, if you want to be safe use a condom and dont share needles its that simple.
If u were to take it before it would NOT prevent it. That is why there are strains of HIV that are now becoming resistant to the meds. They are not working as well anymore. Ppl with HIV on the meds are giving it to others each time it becomes more resistant
