I have diabetes AND IBS. Help!?
Question:
Answers:
Try eating whole foods, eat for your blood type, avoid processed foods and definitely avoid refined sugars and white breads. Take fiber daily, a good quality fiber like natures 3. I would also take something like noni, thai go, or omega 3's to help with the inflammation you have in your intestines. If you would like to know of some natural products that have really helped with diabetes email me. You can also go to my website to look at products take a health analyzer and email me questions. I hope you find this helpful.

Keep carbohydrates to a minimum and of course sugar. For IBS, try avoiding all white flour. Like in pastries, cookies, white bread. Look for high fiber foods. Most foods have little or no fiber. That is why it is a good idea to take a fiber supplement. Fiber is also good when you have diabetes. There is a good website for diabetic recipes. It is just www.diabeticrecipes.com
