Reducing the Redness and Eliminating Acne?

Question:
On my cheeks I have some acne and it wouldn't be that bad except for the fact that it's really red. Are there any home remedies out there to help eliminate or reduce the redness?

Here is what I do daily/weekly so is there anything I should change?

DAILY
- Wake up, wash face with Clean & Clear acne wash
- Eat breakfast (cereal, fruits)
- Shower w/ Clean & Clean cleanser cream
- Apply Clean & Clear acne treatment
- Before bed, wash face apply acne treatment

WEEKLY
- Once a week apply honey facial
- Twice a week steam face

I also heard the mixing lemon and honey and applying it on the spots for 5-10 minutes will help eliminate acne. Is that true? And if so, how much of each?

Well I have acne too unfortunatley. I tried everything Pro Activ (WHICH DOES NOT WORK NOT MATTER WHAT PEOPLE SAY) , acne free, CLEAN AND CLEAR, neutragena and it did nothing. So I went to see my local dermatologist and he has put me on anticbotics. it seems to be working a bit but the thing is it takes it forever to completley make it all go away. they say every month you get a 10% improvement.
