If have head and with clean hands, wash hands before and after.
Are you talking about pimples? If you pop them they can scar, but thats usually only a problem with big ones.
Lol me neither! You can squeeze them if there is a definite white "head" on them. But make sure you do it with clean fingers or use tissue. If nothing comes out, LEAVE IT! it may cause some scarring underneath the skin. Dab some antiseptic on it after or tea tree oil. hope that answered your question. x
yeah i understand u... but u will walk around with horrible dark spotty scars in a few years... i know... i thought i was being smart... and then you'll cover it up with make-up... and get wrinkles at 28...
just drink 2 litres of water a day, not too many crisps and sweet things - deep-fried stuff is a killer - and eat lotsa fruits... one weekend when your home, try drinking excess amount of water, like 2 glasses every hour. 'try that actually in a short holiday. or at work/school, take a huuuuuuuge bottle of water (if you dont drink tap water in your country) and make sure you drink half a litre every hour. you will run to the toilet every 2 hours at least. but after a week see how your skin is... also try home remedies for your skin - products for acne dry out your skin and dont REALLY help spots - they just take em away fast - and dry out your skin, which causes premature wrinkles - but when you stop using em - the spots come back... so find some masks on th net that you can make with natural products... yoghurt masks are good, so is avocado - check if your allergic first!!!
good luck! all this should be a habit though, so even if it doesn't help, don't stop - it will work after a while - plus when puberty stops messing around with your hormones - your skin will be absolutely beautiful...
You shouldn't do it.
But being realistic, it's going to happen. Treat the ruptures as wounds, with a first aid antiseptic and bandage. Wearing tiny band-aids on your face can be embarrassing, but it will stop you from causing more injuries. It's kind of cool in a non-conformist sort of way. It says "I don't care what you think. I'm dangerous!"
You can hold ice on your face briefly to reduce swelling, and use medication for the pustule. The best thing to do is take an acne medication that will alter the pattern of sebum in your facial skin. Don't squeeze your pimples, drink plenty of water and avoid excess sunlight. Keep your face clear of excess sebum by washing with mild soap as needed.
