No, not really. If the Chlamydia test is positive, and it "grows" rapid in the lab, that could be a sign it has been there for awhile. In women, they can do an ultrasound to see how damaged your uterus and tubes are...hence the more damage, the longer you have had it. The sooner you are treated the better!
so sorry but as far as I am aware of there is no test that tell you that. There maybe one someday but not yet.
