How can I get rid of a skin disease called rosacea?

It all depends on how bad your flare up is, before you start with medication. Some people can manage with a mild cleanser and moisturiser, while some others need to have medication.
You need to start figuring out what causes your flare ups.
Some foods and also alcohol will cause a reaction. If you eat or drink something that causes you to flush across the nose and cheeks, write it down. Sometimes it is just one ingredient and sometimes it is many.
Keep your water for the shower or bath and cleansing your face tepid, as water that is too hot will aggravate the tiny capillaries in your face. Avoid extreme temperature changes, such as going from freezing cold to extremely hot, especially in the winter. Protect your face with a scarf.
If you have a flare up with pustules, do not pick or squeeze them as it is not specifically acne. This is the time you may need a medicated lotion.
If you give your skin the TLC that it needs then you will potentially "control" the Rosacea. Try professional products, nothing from a drug store, that will strengthen the capillaries and calm down the skin. I suggest you see an Aesthetician and see what they recommend for you.
