I need to know how can i find out if an organization exsists?

There are a lot of organizations devoted to advocating for youth. Google for them and read their mission statements. A Mission Statement tells you what an org is all about. It's also important to check out the "About Us" section on the website so you know who's running the show.
For example, UNICEF is a worldwide organization backed by the United Nations, and it serves children and youths by improving health, protecting them from violence and so forth.
Some youth organzations are faith-based. Others are community-based. Some are just run by people who want to make the world a better place. Some youth orgs are run on a shoe-string budget, while others have operating budgets of millions of dollars.
Personally, I think it's important to think globally and act locally. So if you think globally, your ideal should by to prevent violence and HIV in youths. To act locally, you would get involved in a group based in YOUR community and work to help disadvantaged youth by steering them away from gangs and towards schools, and by educating them against drugs, HIV and STDs.
