the ability to hide a zit is not gnna get you the job but you yourself. sell yourself to them let them know that you would be an asset to the company
I would reschedule the interview, and wait for the scar on the face to heal, or I would simply just except the scar on my face go to the interview, and excuse the mark on my face. If I had to excuse the minor mark on my face, then I would discontinue the interview. This employment position would not be a good fit for me, because the interviewer suggest an inappropiate manner that would not be worth working with!
Get a make up foundation that matches your skin tone.

Try using a blemish stick Tinted or talcum powder

Wear a clown nose to keep them distracted, or perhaps just funny hat of some sort.
