This may seem a stupid question?

Question:
if you had a cancerous ulcer in your mouth, would it be easy to pick the to off

Answers:
It would not tell you if the lesion were cancerous or not, Some cancerous lesions like basal cell cancers continually scab and then the scab falls off. Mouth cancers are often left for too long before a diagnosis is made. If you have a lesion, get your doctor or dentist to check it out!
Yes
No it would not be easy. Probably not even possible. You could cause the growth to accelerate. Let a doctor do it!
That could be dangerous. You need to let your doctor handle it. Besides, Even if you picked it off, If it is cancer chances are it would just grow back.
it would have to be removed correctly
The Big Question

DO NOT PICK IT OFF!!!

Yes, Mouth Cancer can be cured. Mouth cancer can be removed surgical. ( Since it is usually a tumor. ) Mouth cancer is the easiest to cure because the area of the mouth is so assessable to the human hand. However if you have a large tumor, you may have to have some plastic surgery done.
