Sometimes When I Stand up My Vision Goes White And I Feel Very Weak For A Short While.?

Question:
Can Anybody Tell Me What's Happening?

Answers:
That sounds like orthostatic hypotension. When you stand up your blood rushes from your head to your lower extremities causing light headedness. Change positions slowly and see how you do.
Sounds like blood pressure issues, go see the doctor.
you may have orthostatic hypotension. this is the problem happen to many patients when they change position from lying-sitting-gett up. your blood pressure drop as your heart cannot compensate or compensate slowly for the drop in blood return as you get up
well b/p can cause this as well as anemia and blocked carotids.see md soon..
Sounds like a blood rush to the head, but you should consult your doctor.
I sometimes have the exact same problem. It's definitely some sort of circulation issue as the others have said.. but it might be a simple Thyroid problem.

I've been experiencing that "light headed" thing for most of my life (once in a while, of course), I also get cold hands and feet fairly often, and a few other things that pointed me towards a Thyroid problem (mostly from looking at research while I was looking for something else for a customer, ironically).

When you go to see your doctor, make sure you ask to have your Thyroid checked... it's part of the overall blood test they'll probably run.
