every time you feel like smoking unwrap it slowly (one by one)take one out and wrap it up (one by one) again.

I went to a hypnotist twice before, over my first marriage problems, and It is quite expensive. She also had me to fill out a form letting me know that there would be NO way to be HYPNOTIZED..., the only thing she could do for me was hypnotic therapy. I would get very relaxed, she would play soothing music, i would think of something pleasant, and she would be speaking to the subconscious part of my brain. Long story short., 18 yrs. of marriage, we got a Divorce. He chose a cleaning woman over me and our two children. Whooops~ and ~Oh Well!
