I suppose it would be possible, but it would be difficult to get HIV from recieving oral sex. To become infected with HIV, infected blood, semen or vaginal secretions must enter your body, so if the person performing the oral sex had a cut or ulcer in their mouth and their blood came into contact with your mucous membrane and entered your body, theoretically the virus could be transmitted.
