You need to go get it checked out. There are different std's that can cause that. Be safe and go to a doctor and be upfront about everything you are going through and experiencing.
do you know for a fact you have a swollen lymph node? and where is it located? if you do in fact have a swollen lymph node, the only STD i can think of is ghonorrhea, chlamydia or herpes. is your lymph node tender or hard? HIV related lymph nodes are usually hard, if the problem persists please consult your doctor. it's difficult to diagnose your problem just by reading.
