Is colon cleansing really a waste of money?

Yes, it's a waste of money. The colon naturally cleans itself. There is some type of infomercial on televsion promoting the use of colon cleansing . . the only thing they are interested in is cleaning out your money.
If you really need a laxative or want to clean out your bowel than eat plenty of bran buds . . or take ducolox . . metamusil . . you don't need to pay for anything special.

doing it yourself it is as it isn't all cleared out =having the Dr do it every three years is better as the Dr gets it all and sees too if there is any thing wrong and also ,it doesn't weaken the bowel
If you eat a healthy diet with enough fiber, the colon will cleans itself naturally.
I would say it's alot more trouble than it's worth.
I believe cleansing is important but not just your colon the entire body. However for your colon just eat foods high in fiber, or take fiber supplements. Take a week or so and just eat fruits and vegetables and clean yourself out.l
