Why am i having dizzy spells?

Question:
i often suffer dizzy spells in which i will feel a brownout coming on and my pupils constrict. my bp is usually 105/56±. when the brownouts occur my vision clouds over. The spells last between a few seconds and a few minutes, the latter of which can make me drop to the floor. I know it is not an iron deficient anemia. blood test yeilded little result, any help?

Answers:
Dizzy spells can occur because of a number of different reasons.since your blood results yielded no results then you might want to have your ears checked. You may have an inner ear infection without even knowing this. Hopefully though, your Dr. already went over that possibility.
Diabetis, blood pressure, low oxygen level and more.
See your Dr.
Could be low iron in your blood. Go to the doctor and get checked out.
Grab a beer.Alcohol withdrawals.
could be your bp drops (56 is low) and you will tend to get dizzy. this happens to me when I get out of the car and it is very hot. See your dr.
SUGAR LEVEL, check for diabetes
Get checked out. It can be an inner-ear infection. The vestibular sense, in the inner ear, is responsible for your dizziness. I suggest getting it fully checked out as soon as you can. You may have a problem.
