Sunburn help?

Thanks.

Hi gilmoregirl, you can always try some home remedies. A cool, not cold, bath can relieve your pain. You can add 1 cup of vinegar to tepid bath water for pain relief, or try a 1/4 cup baking soda and 1/4 cup cornstarch combination. Just make sure you don't add bubbles or fragrances to the bath water.
Vegetables are known to help as a sunburn remedy. When applied to the burn, thinly sliced cucumbers, potatoes, or apples can be soothing and may even help reduce the inflammation. Dabbing milk on the sunburn with gauze for 20 minutes every 2 to 4 hours may also do the trick. Also look: http://www.askedweb.com/askedweb/sunburn...

Keep taking Advil or Tylenol, but not too much for more than few days, and put something like bactine or polysporin on the burnt areas.
dont take another shower because that will just dry out your skin even more. you are doing everything fine!! just keep applying aloe vera gel and moisturizer to your skin like every hour switch off aloe one hour then lotion the next. and by tomorrow depending on the burn you shouldn't be red at all and you wont have any peeling!! goodluck
keep aloe vera on it.If you have the Real Aloe Vera plant that is even better you can pinch off a piece and rub it on your skin that will moisturize and sooth your skin and the pain will not be as bad.you should also take 2 aleves.
