What are risks with low blood pressure?

Low blood pressure isn't a problem unless it's too low to supply your body with oxygen. The lowest you can go, supposedly, and perfuse (feed your organs with blood and oxygen) is 80/40, however, I have low blood pressure and I function fine.
Technically, your size has NOTHING to do with your blood pressure. It's a myth.
Yes ---- There are concerns with low BP -- They are not the same though --- Low BP could mean the heart isnt ejecting the the normal bloood flow --- Your numbers are low. You need a doctor to look at the information...
It may be more common in small females because the heart doesn't have to pump as hard to supply circulation. If you don't experience dizziness when going from a lying down to sitting or standing position, and your extremities are not cold or bluish finger tips than your BP is adequate.
It becomes a problem when the pressure is not enough to sustain a good circulation and the above mentioned symptoms would be evident and can be accompanied by an elevated heart rate.
In cases of fluid or blood loss low blood pressure then becomes a serious medical emergency.
