I am twelve years old and I have white lumps on the inner bottom lip. One of the white lumps have split and I can peel the skin back on my lip. These are sore and I have had them probably for over a year. Along with this, I have a hoare voice. These sores are tender and hurt to the touch, and along with this I have been having ear aches. I have heard these are the signs of mouth cancer. I am going for a dental check-up the day after tomorrow. Can you please tell me what this is?
