Which is the most common artey involved in CVA?

Question:

Answers:
At the level of bifurcation of Internal carotid/cerebellar arteries before entering the brain or middle cerebellar artery or any of it's branches depending on the underlying cause or status of the artery. However I opt. for for the former.
the carotid artery would be the major one. but a cva (cerebro vascular accident) can occur anywhere in the brain. look at any medical chart of the brain. the kind that shows all the blue veins and red arteries. a cva can occur anywhere in there.
