put some toothpaste on it and don't mess with it or it will cause a scar and you don't want that.
Pop it and grit your teeth... that's about the only way... Once you've popped it, put some antiseptic on it to get all the oil out.
The only way to get rid of a pimple as soon as possible is to squeeze the sucker..yeah it hurts, but it feels A LOT better once you get it out.

DONT POP IT!! when it hurts that bad it means that its under the surface and its not ready to be popped, if you want it to be ready soak a washcloth in hot water and put it on your pimple, repeat this a couple times a day DONT TOUCH IT you will make it worse!
