I use allerest and flonase for my allergies and i use Benadryl at night to sleep,but my allergies still?

persist,i sneeze,have a very itchy throat ,eyes and inner ears,does anybody have any good suggestions?

You need to find out what are you really allergic to after you know what it is you can avoid it. You could be allergic to food, animals, dust etc. The Dr could presc pills or maybe your allergies are so bad you may need injections. I took allergies shots, pills,Benadryl, and flonase over 8 years (it was ok). I am allergic to almost everything I have multiple chemical sensitivity. I had all the symp you have and much more . Today I am feeling much better. I learned to avoid (not completely it is impossible) what I am allergic to and change my diet.
