What does male quantitavive mean?

Question:
I have just had a blood test and urnie test, and the urine test came back "abnormal" on Male Quantitative; it also had the initlals CDT.

Answers:
I think they are noting on the paperwork that you are a male and "quantitative" means that they were "counting" something in your urine. It depends what they were looking for. You can have a quantitative test for bacteria or a quantitive test for drugs (legal or illegal) or alcohol. "Abnormal" means they found whatever they were looking for. I just noticed you posted this in STD - perhaps it was bacteria from an STD. I don't recognize the initials CDT.

Hope that helps.
the word you're looking for is quantitative, and quantitative means an estimated count, not really sure what they were estimating there.
