i just went to the dermatologist about my 'whitehead' problem, and on the product it says to use a soapless cleanse. Where can I get them, and that's the product name and brand?

Dove and Aveeno make some great "non soap" cleaners. You can get them at any pharmacy like CVS or Wallgreens.
