2 year old baby with a rash? Any Dermathologists out there? Please Help?

Question:
I have a two year old, she has been having a rash behind her arm and legs..I DID TAKE HER TO TWO Pediatric Doctors. The first one said exema..I did not believe it was that so I took her two a second pediatrician... He said the same thing. He told me to switch from Jhonson baby soap to Cemphil and put Eucerin lotion... i bathe her this morning with that soap and put the lotion and hydrocortisone ..and now the rash is in her belly all over her belly. What in the world is going on? What can I do..I really do not think this is eczema..the rash are like little red bumps all around her belly..

Answers:
There are various reasons why a rash may occur. The site below discusses various types of rashes. Perhaps it can help you find the rash cause.
It sounds a bit like chicken pox or a similar illness. You didn't mention whether or not she has a fever, or how long the rash has been occurring. Also, you need to consider whether or not she's been vaccinated against measles, chicken pox, etc. If in doubt, or if she has a high fever, get her to an Emergency Room for treatment.

Good luck!

I hope this helps!
Could be heat rash and keep a journal on her foods and see if that makes it worse or better.
How about laundry soap? Feather pillows?
Animals?

Try using a pure and natural product like Arbonne's baby line much better for a child then J&J (pure/natural) and never use mineral oils with eczema -
There are 2 things you can do.

Only bathe him every second day, and give him a sponge bath the day you do not give him baths. Only use lotion every second day, and stop gooping him with all that lotion if you will give him baths every second day.

If you are determined to give him a bath every day, the key is lotion, lotion and more lotion! Give him a mega lotion slather after you bathe him, and ALWAYS have a bottle of lotion with you whenever your 2 year old is with you, always keep him lotioned even if you have to slather him 6 times a day. If you keep that up, your 2 year old will have the smoothest skin you can imagine, and it will stay that way.

I have a son who is 14 now, I used to give him a bath every second day until he was about 4 years old, and then I was determined to bathe him every day and use a mega ammount of lotion until he was 9 years old.

Your kid will thank you when he is older, mine did.
