nope. its in saliva. not airborn
You would have to be in close contact with that person. Mono is carried in liquid droplets in the air, like if someone was to sneeze or cough. Since liquid droplets are heavy they dont stay air born long, so you would need to be next to someone when they sneezed or coughed.
