Low blood pressure?

Question:
I am a little bit over weight and my blood pressure is usually around 125/65. I have been feeling lightheaded and dizzy, so i went to the doctor and its now 95/60. He seemed quite concerned and has sent me off for blood tests. What can cause this?

Answers:
Usually its anemia. Anemia isn't dictated by your weight or body fat. I'm 135lbs but I'm anemic. I'm on a supplement of iron and folic acid (for brain cells) to keep my balance and keep me from fainting as well. As well as veggie diet, fish, protein and lean meat, chicken, etc. Fruits and veggies galore. Have a blood test done, to count your RBC (red blood cells) increased WBC (white blood cells) could mean an infection somewhere in your body or you're really anemic. Drink plenty of milk and follow what your doctor tells you.
Have you been dieting or are you bulimic? If so, you could have low potassium levels (or salts) which can cause low bp like this.
