It wouldn't hurt. Dr. suggest one? The MRI allows a clearer picture of the structure of the brain and they also do cross sections. They also give really cool pictures.

Really hon, do you think anyone here can give you and your friend that kind of advice? Please have him follow his doctor's instructions. He could be very ill, or it could be nothing. You sound like you care a lot, so please, let his doctor take care of him and you be there for moral support, okay? You are a good friend for trying, though.
