Honestly why would anyone use cheap condoms anyway. Think about what is at stake here. Yes, the rest of your life is at stake.
1.If you get AIDS, it is horrible slow death sentence.
2.If you get herpes, you will painfully regret that for the rest of your life.
3.If you have unplanned pregnancy you will regret that for life.
Geez, why buy something cheap, if so much is at stake?
I think I would buy a quality, brand name condom even if they were $10 each. After all, it is only your life!
I personally don't have any spare lives. Unless you are a cat (9 lives), then maybe you should put some thought into actions and consequences.

Planned Parenthood usually gives out condomes. If you dont have one you can go to your local county health office and get free condoms.
you should be able to get free condoms at any clinic.

but look at it this way, would you rather be cheap and have unprotected sex and possibly get a std or someone preg OR would you rather just buy the condoms and be that much more safer w/o so much of the risk for preg and std's?? i think you'd choose the second option
