are you an athlete? lol thier are some great ones you can try,but i suggest going to boots and have a chat with the pharmacy and see what they say hun xx
lamsil the guy in the chemist told me that it can takes weeks to go even after you have put the stuff on your foot/feet
Scholl do a cream and a foot spray that are pretty good. I've also used tea tree oil in the past with good results.
the best one on the go at the moment is probably Lamasil once. it seems highly effective and does seem to only need one application. It is available over the counter, but particularly if you are eligible for free prescriptions, it is also available on prescription. After using it it might not be a bad idea to use an anti-fungal foot powder like Mycil, long term to prevent recurrence.
Soak your feet in Avino oil which you can get from chemists, it is normally prescribed for people with eczema and is excellent for relieving the itching and, acts almost straight away, you can also get Avino in cream form.
Soak your feet for about fifteen minutes and then dry them properly and leave your feet bare for as long as you can.
lamisil - theres several variations, cream, gel, or once a day cream whichever one u choose should do the trick. keep on using for a few days after symptoms have disappeared and use an anti athlete foot powder in yr shoes.
