What is the diferece betwen low allergen and ultra allergen dog foods?

Question:

Answers:
Low allergen means the food contains a lower amount of the most commonly known ingredients that can cause allergies.

Ultra allergen (free) is a marketing gimmick to imply exactly the same thing as low allergen - the most common allergy causing ingredients are removed.

Your dog will only benefit from either of these products if the ingredients your dog is allergic to are not used in the food.
Low allergen = low in ingredients that your dog might be allergic to. And (not sure why this would even exist) ultr allergen would be the opposite. Are you sure you didn't mean ultra low allergen?
