I have alergies, and it makes my eyes water even when alergies are`nt bothering me. I have noticed when ever i wipe my eyes with a damp cloth it relieves the moiste and icthieness on my eyes.

Potatoes, pumpkin, carrotts .... most orange vegies ... this should also remedy night blindness and sensitivity to bright daylight that you may have.
