5:48 am. Perhaps I have insomnia?

Question:
I could probably fall asleep if I tried, but the thing is I dont like trying. I love staying up into the wee hours of the morning, and I often get sick from exhaustion. Is this a form of insomnia or am I just a crazy goose who doesnt like sleep?

Answers:
Insomnia sucks, thats for sure.
I suffered insomia for years. I really tried everything from noise reduction to sleeping pills.
One thing however that really worked for me was this little miracle. I'm sleeping so much better now. I highly recommended if you have trouble sleeping. It's called Natural Sleep Secrets.
Worked wonders for me. It might not work for everyone, but it sure is worth a try. Sleep is indeed very important.

My son who is 14 makes it a quest to stay up all night when he has friends over. I don't know what it is about the night that makes him nocturnal. I think it's insomnia when you try to fall asleep and can't.Some people just like the night time and if it's not a problem health wise, don't worry about it. There are a lot of 3rd shift jobs, and night time folks seem to do well with it...good luck to you!
Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress,
dietary and medical problems. By making
small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly,
insomnia can be cured. I found the information
